This pod has been hand-coiled in a grogged stoneware and left with the marks of its making. It is finished with multiple layers of dry matte glazes, oxides, and stains, creating a stone-like surface with tones of green, dark pink and sandy brown with iron speckles and a little sparkle. It resembles something shaped and weathered over time by the earth or sea.
